BJL is family-owned and operated. BJL Construction was founded in 1952 by the late Benjamin “BJ” Lacy, Jr. President Wilson A. Lacy brings a solid foundation of hands-on management and construction experience, combined with impressive academic credentials. Cleopatrice Lacy serves as Vice President.
