Developed and administered the MBE Program as it pertains to the Joint Venture Project of FN Thompson-Turner, Player, Inc., and BJL Construction Company, Inc. for the new fifty-two (52) million dollar Fayetteville Cumberland County Coliseum.  Participated in formalizing and administering the Contractor's College held at Fayetteville State University.
